REFLECTOR: Grounding Point

Hi Chuck
  We have our metal gas cap rings inter connected to the ground  bus and that 
is connected to the engine and the exhaust pipe. When fueling the  external 
ground clip is attached to the exhaust pipe. Fueling this Velocity has  always 
been a great concern.
