REFLECTOR: AN washers

Why would you want a bite in the part at the edge of a washer? Sounds like
a stress-riser to me! Interestingly, I looked in AC 43.13-1B, and the
"Washers" section says nothing on the subject. However, I was always taught
to put the smooth rounded edge against the part, and leave the sharp edge
out in the breeze.
