REFLECTOR: Re: Wing root water cooling

I have two 18" long radiators - one in each wing root.  Idea was 
borrowed from Alan Shaw who used 18" long oil coolers in wing root.

During 15 minute idle (ranging 1,000 to 1,500 RPM), my CHTs never 
exceeded 145 degrees.  OAT was 70 degrees F.  I'll let you know if 
they work after I get taxi testing.
