REFLECTOR: 65VT/ angle-of-attack system

I've been reading your threads on AOA, and I'm curious. What is it
that you're really looking for? Are you looking for the angle the
nose is pitched up (or down) to maintain level flight? Then why isn't
anyone talking about a gyro? Or are you really looking for the
incidence of air on an airfoil? If the information you're wanting to
find out is how much you're pitched up or down, a gyro could give a
more accurate indication, could it not?
