REFLECTOR: Speed Brake

I asked the same question a couple of months ago, and got lots of
responses. You can find them in the archives for July, I think, so I
won't rehash all of the comments I got. I'm in the early stages of
building an XL-RG, and based on all the input I got, I decided to put
the speed brake in. The extra cost in parts from Velocity is about
$300, which isn't really that much. I figured that once I get N248RB
flying, if I decide that I really don't need it or want to use it,
then I don't have to. But if I don't put it in and then wish I did
have one, I'd be out of luck. Better to have it and not need it than
to need it and not have it.
