REFLECTOR: Avionics Superflag

I'm working on the changes to add the GX60 to my panel, and am wondering
what the superflag pin is for.  Looking through various references, it's a
400mA current driver.

I've found NAV and GSI(VDI) superflags, but I also have valid flags.
