REFLECTOR: NAV LIGHTS & STROBES

When you taxi at night it's nice to have the nav lights on (so people can
see you) but the strobes off (so you aren't blinding them, and
yourself). I do it with a double pole tipple throw 2-10 style
switch. Bottom position is off, middle is nav lights only, top is nav
lights and strobes.
