REFLECTOR: Speed brake usage question

Velocity's main concern is the potential for the gear doors to depart and 
fly into the propeller.  Unofficially, we have been using a V-gear down 
speed of 130knots on RG models; 125knots extension speed.  RG models, with 
the gear doors removed, can be flown to Vne.
