REFLECTOR: STRONG PITCH SYSTEM

I think reducing the spring force is a move in the wrong direction.  You can always
use more pitch trim.  With a trim button on the stick, it's easy to trim during short
final or after rotation.  Also, you don't flare a Velocity that much anyway.
