REFLECTOR:Franklin oil cap

I do not know this for sure, but the cap looks an awful lot like a cap used
on some tractor hydraulic fills. Take it to a tractor supply house and see
if they recognise it. Also, perhaps check out some radiator caps at the
local auto parts store. No need for venting.
