I used it and liked it. It does need to be put on thick. I tried to spread
mine too thin first time and it was a bear to remove. It probably didn't
help that I cleaned the glass with Windex before applying. It made the
stuff stick too good. Next time, I cleaned it with polish before applying
SprayLat.
But if you put it on thick, brushed on with at least two if not three coats
with a brush, it peels easily, does a great job of protecting.
The 1 quart bottle will easily cover the inside and outside windows. If you
have a problem with an area that is not wanting to come off because it is
too thin, just brush more on and let it dry.

Subject: REFLECTOR: Spray Lat
| Has anyone used Spray Lat to protect their windows during construction?
|
| How well did it work. Most of the negative comments I have heard have
| been from people that had not put on a thick enough coating.
|
| Wicks sells it in a 1 quart container. Directions say it must be
| applied at least 3mm thick. How much will it take to do the windshield
| and rear windows?
|
| Thanks,
|
