I'll have to look at my elevator weights but I believe i have one 
full weight on each end and two weights in the center. the weights in 
the center are configured with one weight in the middle and one 
weight cut in half with half on each side of the elevator control 
horn. the whole thing then has approximately 3 in screws that hold 
the sandwich together. i think all the weights are heavy end forward. 
My elevators are Alan Shaw .
