REFLECTOR: V-SPEEDS

Maneuver speed is stall speed * sqrt of the number of Gs you want to
expose the airplane to. So for 6 G, it would be abut 2.4 * Vstall which
is close to the 160 kts mentioned. I stay conservative since I don't
really have any assurance that all of the turbulence is going to be
positive G.
