REFLECTOR: LIGHTWEIGHT ALTERNATOR

If your battery is really low it is possible to show a low voltage
indication because the battery is trying to use some of the amperage from
the alternator in addition to the accessary loads.

it has to be very low and you would have to put a large load on the system.
