Okay, go look again.  I hope this helps.  There are no blind holes.  With
this, you do have to drill some extra holes in the avionics trays, because
the mounting is offset from a normal installation.

  But the area at the panel offset still isn't clear to me- unlike the angle
that is closer to the center of the panel- there is no access to the other
side to install nuts because of the bump out- also, there is very little
room at all between the cut out edge, and the side of the bump out (might be
1/8") it looks like you just put a flat piece of aluminum in there- is it
tapped for the mounting holes?, did you use self tapping screws on that
side?.
