REFLECTOR: re: Cirrus

What a surprise!  I used to watch this airplane get closer and closer to 
being done when I was based at WVI.

Last time I saw this airplane it was in primer and he was doing high speed 
taxi tests.  He was ultra careful.  Extensive testing..

it was beautiful in primer.
