REFLECTOR:Alex...see attached...

I just got off the phone with Brendan O. at the factory.

He does not recommend drilling a hole through the fork and axle and pinning 
the axle.  The reason is you can't snug up the axle if you do that.

His method of axle installation is to screw in the axle so you can screw 
the set screw into the groove but not tight on the axle. Then unscrew the 
axle so the wheel is tight in the fork, taking the slop out between the 
fork, the spacers and the wheel.  Then tighten the set screw.  Then screw 
in another set screw on top of the inner one with locktight.

a pre-flight item insures the wheel is tight in the fork which verifies the 
set screws are in place and also tight.
