REFLECTOR:SkyBolt Fasteners

I just spoke to Skybolt about their Clok fasteners.  They told me that
sliding of the two flanges should be okay.  They are sending me samples, and
they are willing to negotiate a group buy.

I'll see if the samples will work, then we can talk about who wants in on
the group buy.
