Dan,

I am using Slick mags.  The engine was delivered with the mags installed
from (the dreaded) Atlas Motors. The Slicks were mounted with Bendix spacers
which are too thick.  Those spacers left me with about 50% gear engagement.
I had them machined to the proper size. My carb is a MA 4-5.  There is an AD
that requires that the diaphragm fuel pump be replaced with a rotary vane
pump.  There is an STC'd Weldon pump or the factory replacement.  I used the
Weldon which is half the price of the factory pump.  It works fine.
