Tom You are so lucky.
 Your DAR was unaware of the more restrictive FAA order 8130.F dated  Nov 5 
2004 concerning Major changes to the aircraft.
  Did Your Operation limitation allow operation over densely  populated areas 
and congested airways?
  May the Aircraft be operated under IFR and Night? This is after  in phase 
two.
 As you know all this is prohibited by FAR 91.319 unless  authorized by the 
administrator.
