REFLECTOR: Grounding Point

So all the bases, except for one, are covered.  As Keith mentioned, the
fuel nozzle is grounded.  That can be the source of a spark.  Maybe one
should touch the nozzle and touch the nozzle to the fuel cap before
opening the cap.  That way a spark will only burn up the nozzle and not
the plane.
