that bondo is pretty inert stuff when cured- actually it is polyester resin,
just like the fiberglass resin in boats- heat will soften it up, but I used,
and would recommend a  90 degree air die grinder with a 3"  50 grit sanding
disk- the bondo will disappear as fast as you want....

  Are there any tricks for removing bondo other than sanding? I just
finished breaking loose the nose gear doors that I had temporarily attached
with Bondo on our XL-RG, and now I need to get the Bondo cleaned up. I was
just wondering if anyone knew of any shortcuts like solvents or heat?
