REFLECTOR: Lycoming IO 360 Timing

Is this the same Klaus that has published documentation on his electronic ignition that says the Plasma outputs 3 volts for 3000 RPM and then in the same document says that 1 RPM = .01v?  Do the math, it doesn;t work.  When I brought it to his attention ... he said, Oh, you're right.  It is .3 volts ... not 3 volts.
 
Then I checked back on his website and his documents are still incorrect.
