REFLECTOR: Aero composite Propeller

I see a new price list is up on the Aero Composites web site.  I talked to Harry Griswold and he said the model 3300-P (P for pusher) propeller is for the Velocity.  The price is listed as $13,100.00 and the spinner is an extra $950.00.  Here is the link...

Scroll halfway down for the price list.  Note #1 says the Velocity propellers will be shipping in November.

I looked very closely at this propeller at Oshkosh and I was very impressed by it's construction.  It looks 10 times stronger than the MT.  There is no wood in this prop.  It has a foam core with interweaved fiberglass and carbon fiber over the top.  The fiberglass is weaved into socks that slip over the core before the epoxy is added.  

I would order one today, but I'm worried about being the first to buy one.  I won't be flying for more than a year from now.  Maybe the Velocity Factory could get one and do a comparison test against the MT and report the results.  Wada ya say Scott?
