To whoever was looking for accessory pad specs:

As I mentioned before, the pad spec is AND20000, and the spline is AS972.

This is for the 16 tooth shaft.
The internal spline is to be offset (no splines) .660-.670 inches from the
face of the pad, and continue to a depth of 1.550 inches.

For the male external spline shaft, the torque loaded splines are .745
inches long. There is to be a shoulder at .955 to .965 inches that will
prevent the male shaft from sliding in to far.

Some notes that you may be interested in:
1. 30 degree pressure angle
2. Surface hardness Rc 56 min.
8. Shaft shear section shall not be located within 1.610 inches from tip of
male shaft.
9. Stop shall be provided to prevent failed external spline ingestion.
Cavity of shaft shall be sealed when grease lubrication is used.
10. Sealing provisions for oil lubricated splines shall be maintained in the
event of an accessory or drive failure.
