I could make you a drill fixture to locate the four corners with say =
1/8"
holes, and maybe one or two along each long side. Then use a 1/16" =
carbide
dremel cutter to connect the dots. A little fine filling and your done.
=20
I took the time and used "rub-ons" for lettering. They look great. I =
know
that allot of the computer guys don't know any other way of making text
other than with a key board, but some times the tried and true is still =
the
best.
=20
LMK, maybe I could even fly it down to you.

TEC,

Nice variation on Ronnies approach. Cutting and filing 12 of these =
holes
seems a bit tedious; but the true test of a vocation is the love of the
drudgery it involves.
=20
I could probably even make such a fixture, and it could also be the =
template
for accurate location of the holes. I'd still welcome a visit any time =
you
have the notion fly down here. And pair of expert eyes looking at the
project is a definite bonus.
=20
I'm not familiar with these "rub-ons". Is this something you do one =
letter
at a time?
