I could make you a drill fixture to locate the four corners with say 1/8" 
holes, and maybe one or two along each long side.  Then use a 1/16" carbide 
dremel cutter to connect the dots.  A little fine filling and your done.

I took the time and used "rub-ons" for lettering.  They look great.  I know 
that allot of the computer guys don't know any other way of making text other 
than with a key board, but some times the tried and true is still the best.

LMK, maybe I could even fly it down to you.
