A square drill bit??? (No kidding, I had a friend long time ago who =
invented one for cutting steel plate - I don't know what ever happened =
to that).

This ain't elegant, but not bad: I used the dremel tool and carbide =
disks to cut inside the cut lines. Then I used a flat file to finish it =
off. Take your time - and its not really that hard - just a bit =
tedious. I have a half dozen rocker/breakers that I installed this way =
as well as the Alt/Master switch and of course the radio stack too.

I also used computer generated laser printer labels. =20

Anybody know a slick way of making accurate rectangular holes in the =
panel for rocker switches? (And don't tell me to get smart and use =
toggles).

And then there is labeling. I'm sure there have been postings on best =
ways to do this, and I thought I was archiving stuff I wanted to keep =
for later; but I can't anything. Came up empty scanning the Reflector =
archives as well. Do I recall something about printing out on adhesive =
backed, clear sheet? Any way of making engraved labels without buying =
expensive panel overlays (e.g. http://www.frontpanelexpress.com) ?

  Thanks,

  Al
