Chris,
Call Jeffco- they have a 60 minute hardener which is what I used- it will
give you sufficient time to work with the stuff- I think Velocity stocks the
60 minute hardener also now. You will waste a lot of Jeffco if you go with
the fast hardener unless you have 2 other people helping you to apply the
stuff. I used it to build the baffles as well, and mixed it with cabo and
milled fiber for the seals on the tops and bottoms, and it takes a while to
pile all of that stuff up there and if you don't have the slow hardener,
then you will be in for some trouble... it is no problem to wait an hour for
it to set, but sure is a problem if it goes off while you are trying to set
your strakes...

Alex

Now that I looked further at the AS&S site, I remembered there is the fast
and medium harder (both available in one gallon "kits", so, I am thinking
two, one gallon kits). Suggestions as to the fast or med hardener. The info
says the Medium is 30 minutes if I am reading it correctly....that sounds
pretty fast to me? Once again, Thanks.

All the best,

Chris

I'd actually suggest 2. One will probably do it, but it's WAY easier to
pay to ship the second one back than to stop in the middle of the job and
wait for another delivery.
