Mary,
=20
Can you tell us about the prop and the company. If you had any =
information
on how the prop has performed, its durability, etc. it would be =
appreciated.
Also, what has the company been like to deal with? I have heard enough
stories (good ole' DM Rob) about how MT won't admit the problem, or =
would
even kidnap your prop until you agreed to have it fixed their way.
=20
I'm not ready to buy my prop now, but I'm not really looking forward to =
just
one option and a company that has a mixed reputation for customer =
service.
So please tell us what you think.
=20
Andy

We have about 300 hours on our Whirlwind prop---Nice people ! I have a
sneaky feeling that if enough genuine interest was shown--plus some
sales--that dirty ole money talks---he might get interested again in a
pusher prop !?

I talked to Whirlwind a year ago and they said they were "thinking" =
about=20

"starting" to adapt it for pusher configuration..

I talked to Carter Copter a few months ago about their constant speed=20

composite prop design. They are very interested in having it developed =
for=20

the experimental market. I didn't go into the details with them other =
than=20

they would like to license the design to further its development and of=20

course put some cash into thier pockets. I would certainly be interested =
in=20

participating in a project like this. Anybody else interested in doing
this?
