That's what the book says (down 1/16" - 1/8").  Mine are set that way and in
flight, I can see my ailerons are straight with the wing due to the air
loads.

You're talking about reflex used on some conventional planes which
supposedly does improve drag.  Do you have yours rigged up?  And have you
noticed a faster cruise rigged that way?  By the way, any up aileron causes
the nose of the aileron to protrude a bit from the bottom of the wing - more
drag?
