Don,

Not that any good Reflectorites would resort to get-rich-quick legal
liability tactics, but in case others might perchance buy one of your units,
just include the ole: 

"Warning-This is an experimental device to be used in experimental
airplanes.  This device has not been certified, tested or proven to work or
be reliable.  If you decide to use this device, you are solely responsible
for fabrication, testing, installation and use.  If you have any concerns in
this regard or do not agree to hold me harmless for, and indemnify me
against, any damage or injury that might arise from the fabrication or use
of this device, please return the device to me immediately for a full
refund."

It's not legally bullet proof...nothing is....but its a start.

working on that too!

cost may be around $85-$100 for the kit depending on chroming -- that cost 
varies quite a bit.

I did create a construction process and that may be what I do next...

So far, I've had about 5 people ask me about it so, depending on how may 
requests I get, that may be the way I do it and let the builder do it.  A 
soldering gun and basic tools are really all that is needed...

I also created a schematic so one could 'cheaply' create the circuit...

its not too bad really....
