REFLECTOR:Vance's Sight Gauges

WEST.  It's not strong, but it has some of the best adhesion available and 
25+ years of fuel immersion data from the boating side of the world.

I glue the site gage to the backing, and glue a couple of small (1/8") 
brass tubes in holes in the backing at top and bottom, then glue the whole 
thing to the bulkhead with the tubes going through pre-drilled holes.  80 
grit to rough.
