I think I followed his instructions to the letter (at least I meant too),
although I think I put a few dobbs of bondo or 5 minute epoxy on the corners
to hold pressure while it cured.  I didn't pull on it afterward, though, I
just went ahead with the BID layup onto the surface surounding the bubble
and squeezed some more flox into any obvious gaps around the edge....  Fuel
hasn't hit it yet, though, so your mileage may vary.
