Mack,
Although they say that a picture is worth a thousand words, the picture =
you refer to in the VV doesn't make clear [to me] how the system works. =
Does the servo slide the rod back and forth, carrying the clamps that =
hold the outer ends of the springs? I need enough of a description to =
make sense of the picture, and it isn't in the VV note.

Hi Steve. Here on our airport we have three Velocities. We all have =
modified the factory aileron trim system with great success. The method =
is described in Velocity news volume 21 page 12. The system uses Mac 8a =
servo and indicator.
