Mack,
Frankly, I don't know the rigging values, since I didn't do it (Prudhomme),
but have watched the posting with interest and intend to look into it. I
fly my base faster (100 to 110) so its not a direct comparison but I don't
need really any rudder and modest aileron to straighten out for final.
Since we can discount pilot skill/technique, it must the be higher speed I
use which accounts for the difference--qualitative that they are.
Will post whether I see a gap seal difference after my trips this week.
Chuck Jensen

Hi Chuck
We used 3/4 tape on the top only on ailerons and on the rudders. I do not
know if it helps or not. I do know at 90 kts. indicated a recovery turn from
base to final at requires full rudder and ailerons to recover. We rigged 2.5
up and 2.5 down.Is your X.L. fly the same way?
Mack.
