It was Bill Swears in his Cozy. He was rescued after 3 hours + in the water at night. Bill retired from the Coastguard very recently and ended up being rescued by his buddies he'd had lunch with earlier in the day. He was relocating his Cozy to the mainland in preparation for a move.
