Richard,

You may want to take a look at an Aero Composites prop,
<http://www.aerocomposites.com/>

Their props have been very well received by the experimental
engine-in-front community, and they are now offering a prop for the
pusher community. The pusher prop is a direct result of their landing a
"classified" contract with the U.S. DOD, I'm told. So much for State
secrets...

Funny, their prop is good enough for a classified DOD project, but it
can't be certified by the FAA without spending tons of money.

Aero Composites, Inc. has a good reputation for service, and is an U.S.
based company (Kensington, CT). The good news is that the development
cost for the pusher prop probably has been underwritten by the U.S.
taxpayer; the bad news is that it still won't be a "cheap" prop. Here's
the bottom line on a prop that would suit a 200 HP pusher:

2 blades, 3000 rpm max, up to 200 hp, weight-38 lbs, standard
paint, pusher propeller applications - Counter Rotating Lycoming
LIO-360, for pusher propeller applications - $10,500; spinner kit - $590

The 3-blade prop suitable for up to 300 HP weighs 48 pounds and costs
an additional $3000.

Check out their web site to learn more. Expect to have your prop 16
weeks after placing an order - according to their web site...
