First you will have to remove the wheel from the fork: remove the set screw that holds the axle in, then
unscrew the axle from the fork. Now remove the wheel from the fork.

Before removing the 3-4 bolts that hold the two wheel halves together, break the tire bead loose from the
wheel. Do this before splitting the wheel in half. Its too hard to do otherwise. Now you can split the two
halves and remove the tire and tube and fix the leak.

When reassembling the tire and tube, sprinkle some talcum powder (baby powder) on the inside of the tire to
aid the tube going sliding into its place as the tire is reinflated.

Hope this helps,
Ronnie

My FG nose gear tire is flat. Can somebody tell me how to remove the tire and the tube? It looks like the
fork has everything trapped.
