Dennis,
7 Amp-hour Sealed Lead-Acid (aka "Recombinant Gas") batteries are made by
many manufacturers and sold by many vendors. A quickie search came up with
this example:
http://www.batteries.com/productprofile.asp?appid=265093&prodid=12138&drilldown=265093&mfgdsc=&mfgcode=ALL&modelno=12+Volts+%2F+7+Ah&groupname=Sealed+Lead+Acid&groupcode=SLA&SID=E1A713B77AD242E0900AEAB5E4142DE1
One of the variations is the sturdiness of the posts to which you attach the
wires. A little searching will turn up what you need.
