REFLECTOR:State taxes on aircraft?

My point is that the places get mobbed, not that they aren't nice places 
to live when the article is written.  It will not be the same town in 5 
or 10 years that it was.  Some of those places that get on the "Best 
Place" list experience a 200% or better growth rate. It ruins them.
