REFLECTOR:Low fuel light

The obvious solution to this ongoing dilemma (there have been literally
hundreds of reflector messages over the years about this) is for Velocity to
stop supplying low fuel sensors at all and for us to revert back to normal
fuel management such as most of us learned while training in a spam can -
the vast majority of which have no low fuel warning whatsoever!
