Well; yes it can; but don=92t you think the force required to maintain
that vacuum would be quite a damper? Guessing 1 =BD=94 dia should give =
over
40 lbs on the cylinder rod, in addition to the force required to push
the fluid out the other end. I don=92t know what the linkage mechanical
advantage (or disadvantage) is.
