You can also order Confor foam directly from EAR, the manufaturer. Last 
time I checked (4/98), they had a $250 minimum order and a 36x80x1 sheet 
was $107.64, which sounds close to what Dave found.  They're in 
Indianapolis and their web site is www.confor.com. The site has the full 
specs for Confor foams and several other vibration and noise dampening 
products.
