Ray,

I didn't mean to place blame.  My only intent was that from the description 
given on the Reflector, it in no way sounded like a mechanical failure as 
some had implied.  It's easy for us "Monday morning quarterbacks" to assess 
what you should or should not have done.  But, only you know if you executed 
everything correctly and only you as PIC can determine when and if a 
go-around is in order.

I'm glad that you and your wife are ok.
