Fw: REFLECTOR: Wing attach bolts

I know that you probably have great contempt for FAA rules, however, the
rule is found in AC43-13-1A.  A fiberlock nut should have no more than 3
threads protruding through the nut when the nut is propoerly torqued. So, if
your bolt is bottoming out, the only choice you have for a proper fit is to
change the bolt to one with the proper length.
