REFLECTOR: Nice tool
In many areas of construction you are required to remove small wedges of
foam along the edges for microglass insertion prior to covering with cloth.
One great tool that I have used for some time is the abrasive rods that are
made for use in hacksaws. They are around 1/8" in diameter and are about as
abrasive as 36 grit.
They are for sale at almost any hardware store.
Cut the rod into pieces about 5" long. At one end bend the rod end up a
little to make your piece look like a ski.
Take your tool and "ski down the edges". Watch that sucker remove foam and
clean the glass!
Does a great job.
