Sorry, I'm not Jim, but I did ask that specific question at Sun-n-Fun. Jon
G. said to just scuff it up with 320 grit, then go ahead and put Smooth
Prime over it. When I get ready to do my strakes & fuselage, I'll get more
details about how many coats, the UV barrier, etc. (although the forthcoming
improvements may make that moot).
