REFLECTOR: PolyFiber Flight Gloss System Paint

There are some very significant near time frame improvements going on
with the Poly Fiber Flight Gloss System that will reduce workload, allow
better roller application, and give better overall results.  I am not a
liberty to discuss the changes at this time but will keep you informed.
