REFLECTOR: Re: Coating the strake

1 coat of Jeffco tank sealer is enough.  Anyway, there is enough in the 
smallest kit for 2 coats.  Almost no pinholes after the first coat and 
those that remain are clearly visible.

(Of coarse, there is the issue of the additional $120.)
